Safety recommendations available in ADP TotalSource®

A new page is available in ADP TotalSource/ WFN via Resources > Risk > Safety Recommendations.  The Safety Recommendations page in ADP TotalSource delivers your client administrators a comprehensive list of your organization’s risk surveys and recommendations.  Administrators may view or add comments to an open recommendation in ADP TotalSource.  When your administrator enters comments on a recommendation, the comments are sent to your TotalSource Safety Representative.

Adding client visibility to surveys and safety recommendations within ADP TotalSource provides: 

·      Ease of access for your administrators

·      Visibility to all surveys and safety recommendations without needing to search through emails

·      Automation for client progress updates, reducing the need for your administrators to email their Safety Representative with updates

·      Greater visibility of the surveys and safety recommendations to multiple administrators within the organization, eliminating the need to send emails to several contacts

The Safety Recommendations page sorts by the Visit Date with the most recent surveys at the top of the table. The Safety Recommendations page allows you to:

·      Search by survey name or location

·      Sort the table ascending or descending using the arrows next to each of column header (Survey Name, Company Code, Location, Visit Date, Visit Classification) 

·      Access the safety recommendations for the survey by clicking the Details link

·      Export recommendation information for a survey into a PDF document via the EXPORT TO PDF button. The PDF allows clients to view all recommendations in a cohesive list and save the information outside of ADP TotalSource, if necessary

·      Provide updates or comments to your Safety Representative using the ADD UPDATE button. Client updates are date and time stamped on the page for future reference.
