We are pleased to announce that a new Multi-State Quick Reference Guide is now available. The new guide takes the place of previous stand-alone state guides. It will serve as a fifty-state one-stop shop for you to obtain answers to frequently asked HR compliance questions. It can also be used as a diagnostic tool to help assess your current state of compliance in HR compliance areas that are fraught with risk. The new guide is available on FormSource in the state appendix section.
