Year-End SSN New Hire Verification Management Report

Want to avoid the top cause of W-2 mistakes & reruns? Verify employee Social Security Numbers!  W2 Previews are now available on iReports.  In addition, ADP will be generating a management report of new hires for your organization with 12 months of service or less.  You can quickly have the employees listed on this report verify their SSN for accuracy and you can report any errors to your Payroll Service Representative (PSR) for correction PRIOR to W2s being produced in January.  Be on the lookout for an email notification from your PSR in the coming weeks alerting you that this report is available for you to pull from My ADP Resource, Reporting Tab, MR Download.
