Starting Friday, May 17, payroll reports are going paperless. Our digital solutions will give you the power to view and print your company’s reports directly from the web. No more hunting through files to track down paper forms or remembering tricky encryption keys … Using the eDelivery system, you can access iReports and iArchive directly through ADP MyResource® — all at the click of a button. 

eDelivery means:
  • Your confidential employee data is more secure than ever.
  • You’ll spend less time waiting for the mail — and more time knocking out your to-do list.
  • You can instantly retrieve the data you need, when you need it.
iReports lets you view:
  • Payroll reports and pay statements (vouchers) back to 54 weeks prior.
  • Quarterly reports back to 65 weeks (five quarters) prior.
iArchive gives you access to:
  • Payroll and quarterly tax reports back to seven years prior.

How do I access iReports and iArchive?
Access iReports and iArchive from within ADP MyResource by navigating to Reporting > Payroll Reports > Finalized Payroll/Tax Register/W2 (iReports). 

Will I still receive paper reports?
Employee Pay Statements (vouchers) will still be delivered unless you have employees that have opted to go paperless within their employee profile in iPay. 

All other payroll and quarterly output reports will be available via iReports and iArchive (reports older than 6 quarters), which will offer you the same level of service and functionality, but in a more centralized repository!

To opt out of eDelivery, contact your Payroll Service Representative (PSR) by May 10 and provide your name, company name and company code. If you do not contact your PSR to opt out, you will be enrolled in eDelivery, starting on May 17.
