The key benefits of the new process are:
- Not having to remember user IDs to reset password
- Not having to answer security questions to reset passwords
- The ability to save your user ID for future logins
Important: To take advantage of the new process, please verify or update your email address and/or phone number(s) by logging into My TotalSource®. You must have a unique email address or phone number within your company to receive a security code. If you have additional questions please reach out to your company administrator.
