We want to remind you that as an applicable large employer*, it is important to review and acknowledge your ACA reporting. Here’s how to do it in three simple steps:

• Step 1: Go to My TotalSource®.
• Step 2: Click on the 2023 ACA Reporting Tool (ART) button.
• Step 3: Follow screens to acknowledge & submit for each FEIN in your Control Group.

After you’ve acknowledged your reporting, ADP TotalSource® will:

· Make any necessary updates to your Forms 1095-C and 1094-C based on year-end payroll and benefits data.

· Furnish the 1095-C forms to your employees.

· Transmit the required information directly to the IRS on your behalf under your unique company FEIN.

Don’t want ADP TotalSource filing the forms for you?

If you do not want your Forms 1095-C and 1094-C to be automatically acknowledged and sent to the IRS, you must select the “I do not authorize” radial button in ART prior to Jan. 31, 2024, to ensure reporting is not completed.
