Last month, we informed you of upcoming changes to our Job Description Service. This is a reminder that the process improvements are complete and the following changes have been made:
- Questionnaires, which you were previously required to complete before a job description was prepared, are no longer required. If a sample job description that meets your needs is not available, simply send the title of the job and a short summary of what the job entails to Totalsource.SSC@adp.com and we will prepare a sample job description for you.
- The Job Description titles on FormSource have been updated and formatting has now changed to an editable format.
- A new master job description template is now available to you as a useful starting point. This will allow you to customize a job description that meets your needs on your time and schedule. We can still, of course, review a completed job description upon request.
- A Job Descriptions Toolkit is now available. The Toolkit provides best practices including the essential components of job descriptions, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) considerations, and more.
