This new report supports the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) requirement that employers must file 2017 and 2018 Component 2 compensation data by Sept. 30. Please ensure that your employees’ records contain the necessary data for this report.
To access the EEO-1 Report, log in to ADP MyResource and navigate to Reporting > HR Reports > Compliance > EEO-1 Employee Worksheet.

How do I file the EEO-1 Report?
EEO-1 reporting is an electronic, online application. The EEOC requires that Component 2 EEO-1 Reports be submitted via the Component 2 EEO-1 Online Filing System or as an electronically transmitted data file.
Impacted employers should have received a USPS letter and email notification from the EEOC, including the User ID needed to access the Component 2 EEO-1 Online Filing System.

What do I need to do to prepare?

What report formats are available in ADP MyResource?
The ADP MYResource EEO-1 Standard Report is available in two output formats:
- Employee Worksheet in PDF format to input reporting data in the EEO-1 Online Filing System; and
- Employee Worksheet in Excel format to review and verify employee data before filing.
Note: Neither of these reports should be filed with the EEOC. They are designed to help you file your report with the EEOC.
