Aspire with ADP TotalSource Scholarship Program Goes Over Well with Employees

On April 22, launch day of the Aspire with ADP TotalSource Scholarship Program, over 1,600 worksite employees started the application process and submitted their application for consideration. To date, over 3,000 have applied. That's an amazing start and it shows how committed your employees are to their academic journey.

Recently, we enhanced the TotalChoice™ Voluntary Benefits program by making it easier for employees to access the TotalChoice enrollment system, consolidating carriers, designing a dedicated resource page, and partnering with MetLife to add new enhanced benefits.

In a 6-3 decision, in the matter of Young v. United Parcel Service, Inc., the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that if an employer accommodates some employees with disabilities, the failure to offer that same accommodation to an employee with a pregnancy related job restriction might be sufficient proof that the failure to accommodate was motivated by discrimination.
