On Monday, November 14, 2016, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) published a new version of the Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification. The new form can be accessed by clicking here. 

When the new president is sworn in on January 20, 2017, on the steps of the U.S. Capitol, the Oval Office will have a new occupant. There will also be new faces in Congress and some government compliance policies are likely to change. That begs the question – so what does this mean for you and your company?

In preparation for year-end and the beginning of the new year, ADP Comprehensive Services will be sending monthly newsletters through January to assist you with your year-end planning and the ADP year-end process.  

Starting January 1, 2017 clients with 100 or more employees must input hours worked when processing payroll with ADP TotalSource to enable ADP TotalSource to accurately file an EEO-1 report on behalf of the client.
